There are 3 main styles of conservatory, Lean-to, Victorian and Edwardian however, there are many variations and combinations of the styles to suit every ones tastes. For example, consider an apex to the front of an Edwardian or adding a Lean-to to a Victorian to create a P-shape conservatory. The possibilities are endless.

See How It Looks Before It’s Been Built

It can be difficult to picture how a chosen design would look against your property which is where we can help. We have Computer Aided Design software which enables us to construct your chosen designs (Fig 1), show you views from a number of angles (Fig 2) and using a digital image of the desired location on your property, we can super-impose the design into the location (Fig 3) therefore giving you a preview of how the finished design will look on your property.
Is Planning Permission Required
Most Conservatories do not require the need for planning permission as they are classed as a temporary building (Such as a green house) by building regulations. Only in Certain cases is planning required, for example, your home has already had an extension built, you do not want an internal door to separate the conservatory from your house or your home is a listed building. If in Doubt, consult your local planning office for advice.
We do not arrange planning applications, but can recommend a third party to act and arrange on your behalf.
